The possibilities for deviled eggs are endless. These Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs are a mash-up of jalapeno poppers and deviled eggs. I have to say they are awesome. I mean, who doesn’t love a good jalapeno popper? These are not overly spicy. If you want to bump up the heat, either buy extra hot pickled jalapenos or add in a fresh one, minced up instead of the pickled. Topping with the fresh jalapeno is optional, but I love the crunch and spicy flavor of it. If spicy is not your thing, try these Ranch Deviled Eggs , tons of flavor with no heat! Check out the link here for perfect hardboiled eggs. Seriously, they come out great every time! I think the key is icing them as soon as they are done cooking. Enjoy! Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs
Equipment
- 1 3 Qt Pot
Ingredients
- 8 hard boiled eggs *
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- 3 tablespoons pickled jalapenos diced
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pickling juice from the jar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 fresh jalapeno optional* sliced thin, for garnish
- dash paprika optional* for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil your eggs, if you need instructions for that click the link below for perfect hard boiled eggs. While your eggs are cooking, mix together cream cheese, jalapenos, mayo, jalapeno juice, salt, and mustard. Mix until the cream cheese is fully incorporated into the the mixture.
- Peel your eggs and add the yolks to the bowl smashing them with a fork as you add them. Mix this until smooth, it will take a few minutes to fully incorporate the yolks. I mix with a large fork using the side of the bowl to smash any yolk that is not broken up yet.
- Place the filling in a plastic storage bag and snip off the tip to pipe the filling into the eggs, or use spoon. Whatever method you are more comfortable with. Top with the sliced jalapeno and paprika if desired.

Deviled eggs are one of my all time favorite foods! I make them several times a year! These look delicious and perfect for a Super Bowl Party!
I make a very similar version of these for parties and love the combination. Tastes so good!
I like the idea of adding the jalapenos for the extra kick…love spicy food , so this recipe is for me !
I love jalapeños with scrambled eggs and avocado, so I’m loving your version of deviled eggs! I’m going to try this for tomorrows brunch!

I’ve never made deviled eggs, but I absolutely love them…when they’re at a party I find ways to keep going back to the tray for “just one more”! These look so delicious, and I love the kick of jalapeno
These sound delicious. I’m a sucker for anything jalapeño popper though.
Gosh I can make these now. I have all the ingredients. I’m sure my husband would love these. He’s a huge fan of deviled eggs and he loves jalapeno’s. Pinning!
You are right, there are countless variations of deviled eggs. However I do like the idea of jalapeno flavored deviled eggs, that’s something I had not thought off and it would be a great appetizer here for Christmas. The crowd would be mighty pleased with some heat. 🙂
This looks yummy! I never realized how easy deviled eggs are to make!
These look party perfect. I am actually making devilled eggs for an event this weekend. Always a hit.
Yum! Two of my favorite things rolled into one. I’m pinning this one for my next party!
I have never made devilled eggs but used to watch my mum making them for parties as a kid. I remember one time when the bag split and the contents had to be hastily spooned up and put into a new bag-)
Oh no, that would be horrible. The first and only time I decided to brine a turkey in a bag the bag split and turkey juice went all over my kitchen first thing in the A.M…. lol. It is funny looking back!
