15 Simple Low Carb Sandwich Wrap Ideas

Try these 15 Simple Low Carb Sandwich Wrap Ideas for easy low-carb lunch and dinners. A big complaint I hear from people trying to do low carb it that there is so much cooking involved. To a degree, yes, it’s true. It takes more planning to prep real fresh food rather than grabbing boxes from your freezer. However, below are 15 easy, 5-ingredient or fewer sandwich wraps that make the most out of your deli. These wraps are a quick and easy way to have lunch or dinner ready in just minutes.

I go between Boston and Little Gem lettuce, buying whatever looks better that week. When you come home from the grocery, clean your lettuce, separate the leaves, and place them on a kitchen towel to dry. When they are dry, put them in a ziplock or container with a paper towel to have fresh wraps ready to go all week long. This is just a list of some of my favorites; mix and match to make a creation all your own. For the non-low-carbers in the family use the same ingredients but put it between bread or a wrap, lunch or dinner is served in under 10 minutes!
