Sesame Beef Tacos on Keto Tortillas

These Sesame Beef Tacos on Keto Tortillas are such an easy dinner. Ever since I found Paola’s keto tortilla recipe we have been making them weekly. There have been traditional tacos, fish tacos, pulled pork tacos, but our favorite was these sesame beef tacos. I found the best way to flatten the tortillas was in between plastic wrap in the tortilla press. Every other method I tried stuck a little. To me the tortillas taste like an Indian flatbread and a flour tortilla had a baby, they are just as delicious warm with some butter as they are stuffed with fillings! The taco filling took us by surprise with big flavor and how easy it was to make. A few simple ingredients are all you need to make this dinner. A Few Tips for Sesame Beef Tacos on Keto Tortillas

  • If you are keto but do not feel like making the tortillas from scratch just serve the beef over the slaw mix as a sesame beef salad of sorts. That is how I ate the leftover the next day and it was delish!
  • If you are low carb use the low carb tortillas from the store, there are plenty of options out there.
  • The chicken bullion is optional but it adds a depth of flavor. I got the idea from a ramen salad recipe my Aunt makes that uses the packet of flavor from the pack of noodles. If you skip it make sure to add some salt and pepper to flavor it up.
