Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie

This Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie is an easy post-workout or breakfast shake. The blueberries have been extra plump and delicious this year. They have been on the grocery list about every week throughout the summer. I love the flavors of this smoothie, it reminds me of a blueberry muffin or cobbler thanks to the almond extract.  All you do is throw everything into the blender, whiz it up and enjoy.  This would be good with blackberries as well if you had those instead. The carb count is 8.35 net/serving with 4.35 coming from the blueberries. If you wanted to lower the count you could reduce the amount of berries in this. I order my powder from Amazon, it is unflavored which I like because then you can use the same container of powder to make all different flavor smoothies instead of being tied to just chocolate or vanilla.

Last time I shared a smoothie it was the Peppermint Mocha Smoothie . I drank that after my 21 day Fix workouts. I lost about 6 pounds and a pants size while doing that, it did take me more like 5 weeks to complete due to missing a few days but I got it done and that is what matters! Next, I have decided to try the PiYo workout. I am in week one and so far I like it. It is completely different from the 21 day fix but that is just what I needed. Do you guys have any favorite beach body workouts? I have a while to go until I complete this round but I am open to suggestions for round 3!
