This Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie is an easy post-workout or breakfast shake. The blueberries are extra plump and delicious this year. So I have them on the grocery list about every week throughout the summer. I love the flavors of this smoothie. It reminds me of a blueberry muffin or cobbler, thanks to the almond extract. All you do is throw everything into the blender, whiz it up, and enjoy. This would be good with blackberries as well if you had those instead. I order my powder from Amazon, it is unflavored. This powder is great because you use the same container of powder to make different flavored smoothies. Otherwise, you are tied to just chocolate or vanilla.
