This winter has been brutal, between the flu and strep throat that simultaneously swept through our house and the frigid temperatures I am very much looking forward to spring! Don’t get me wrong, I love winter and the fun it brings with sledding and playing in the snow but this girl is ready for some sunshine.

The low carb and keto community are continually growing and low carb alternatives are a growing demand.
