Four ingredients are all you need to make these Garlic Rosemary Beef Kabobs. You will need metal skewers, a baking pan, and a rack. Serve these with Garlic Green Beans or Parmesan Roasted Asparagus for an easy dinner. Or cut them into half-inch cubes place on smaller skewers and serve them as an easy party appetizer. Rosemary and garlic, when combined with the beef create the perfect union of flavors. When both of my kids love it I know the recipe is a winner! When shopping, look to see if there are any packages of odds and ends of well-marbled cuts. They are often less expensive and since you are cutting them up anyways, they make the perfect meat for this recipe.
